My belief is that we all have times in our lives when life itself has lost its joy and is overwhelming. We are sad and overwhelmed with family struggles, or are just stuck in a rut at work. Therapy helps you find your way to the life you want for yourself and your family.

I once read a social media post that said," If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, I will sit with you in the dark." Life happens and not always in a positive way. Even good days can be stressful.  Some days, you don't feel like talking, that is okay; we can sit and do whatever you need. I do not promise to "fix you," but I do promise to help you heal and get back to life as it was meant to be. Everyone heals differently. What is important is that you heal your way and know you are not alone. It is important to love yourself so that others can also love you. I offer a variety of services, including help in healing. Whether it be anxiety, depression, Infant loss, grief and loss, Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, body dysmorphia, or anything in between. I offer a positive and realistic approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit. Everyone needs someone they can talk to. More importantly, someone to listen. I offer a listening ear and a comfy chair. I want you to be comfortable with your surroundings and feel safe. Positive brings positive. Some days, that is easier said than done. I understand, and I want to stand beside you on this journey to recovery and a renewed you

Lives have real issues by demands on daily life.  There are normal stressors, but when it becomes overwhelming, it is ok to say you are not ok!  As individuals and families reach out for counseling, I find it my role as a counselor to assist families to identify the drivers that contribute to these issues that have disrupted their lives.   When you no longer know what, how, and why you are in this whirlwind, I am here with 14 years of experience of providing Counseling services for individuals and families.  With my focus on Faith Based & Evidenced Based, I use an integrated approach which draws from different therapeutic models including Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, Solution Focused and Christian Counseling. Whether you are wanting to work on marriage or relational problems, parenting, or individual struggles with anxiety and depression, anger management, substance abuse, Loss & Grief, Postpartum, I am here to offer support, and a safe place to process.
