Before pursuing a career in counseling, I spent several years working in law enforcement, security, and substance abuse recovery services. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming life can become and how important it is to have someone who will listen without judgment. No matter what you've been through, you deserve a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin moving forward.

I am currently completing my graduate training on the path to licensure and work with children, teens, and adults facing grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that come with being human. My approach is person-centered, meaning I believe every individual has unique strengths and experiences that should guide the counseling process. I also incorporate practical, evidence-based tools that clients can apply in their daily lives so progress continues long after each session ends.

As a lifelong East Tennessean, I understand the values, challenges, and resilience that define our community. I know life isn't always easy, and I believe healing begins with feeling heard, supported, and accepted.

Outside the counseling office, you'll usually find me in the gym, playing guitar, watching a good movie, traveling when I have the opportunity, or reading about history.

If you're looking for a professional who is approachable, compassionate, and committed to helping you navigate life's challenges, I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
