Maybe you've reached a point where you're exhausted from carrying the weight of anxiety, relationship stress, or trying to hold everything together. You may look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and begin creating meaningful change.

With over 16 years of experience in experiential learning and mental health, I bring a practical, collaborative approach to therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
